POWA Privacy Policy and Guidelines

Protect Our Water Alliance endorsers agree to the following statements:

  1. I will participate in specific campaigns of my choice, but am not bound in any other way to POWA.
  2. I will not speak for POWA.
  3. POWA will not speak for me, except as spelled out in the specific wording of each campaign I sign on to.
  4. POWA will use my name and addresses only for the explicit purposes of specific campaigns, and will not sell or give my name or addresses to any third party for any reason.

POWA pledges to keep confidential information about our website visitors, petition signers, or anyone who contacts us. Our e-mail list is never rented, sold or traded with anyone for any reason. POWA campaign endorsers may occasionally receive information about campaigns or germane issues about which we would like to inform them. All information collected about POWA endorsers and contacts is maintained by POWA and may be viewed only by POWA staff. POWA does not use cookies or any other means of identifying visitors to the POWA website.
